Guest Napkin: Gary Rudoren

Gary does a few things like writing, directing and architecting. He is an alumni of The Annoyance Theater where did a lot of stuff. He also co-wrote the McSweeneys humor bible “Comedy By The Numbers” and currently lives in Jerusalem, thus, this napkin. He also submitted part of his architectural school thesis with napkin drawings.

You can read some of him at: comedybythenumbers.com.

Guest Napkin: Beth Jorgensen

Beth is  a wonderful artist who typically works in oils and watercolors with the occasional doodle thrown into the mix. Hurry to her site and check out some more wonderfulness. bethsart.net

Guest Napkin: Audrey and Jane Wasilewski

How many Polaks does it take to draw on a napkin? Two, Audrey & Jane Wasilewski.

Audrey: Actress and voice-over artist. Gift wrapper (and rapper). Wig mistress. Master mimicker. Amateur detective. Dance-floor diva. Daydream believer and a homecoming queen.

Jane: Instructional designer at Warner Bros. Serial picture taker. Internet junkie. Amateur culinarian. Lover of cured meats and cheeses. Chronic insomniac. Disco is dead denier.

Their glasses are always half full… of wine. Their stomachs are full of glutens. Their iPods are full of “This American Life” episodes, Bobby Darin songs and shame. They share a passion for programmatic architecture, roadside attractions, puns, live music of any kind, and problem solving. Both of them are paralyzed by the though of a blank canvas… but can solve just about any problem by making things out of stuff; whatever you give them, they will McGyver their way through it.

Together they can not only change a light bulb but they can write a haiku, fashion a limerick, design custom photo art, or build a website for their favorite geriatric rock n’ roll teen idol, Jimmy Angel. Do yourself a favor, check him out; you won’t be disappointed: jimmyangel.net

Guest Napkin: Abbey Prentice

Abbey is a wife, mother of two outrageously energetic children, grant writer, tutor, and social media manager for Reading Works, a non-profit Adult Literacy program, so it’s no coincidence that you’ve never seen her and Wonder Woman in the same room. Abbey spends her (extremely limited) free time trying to convince people that New Mexico is, in fact, a state within the United States, that Albuquerque is practically nothing like ‘Breaking Bad’, and reading the comments of internet articles, despite her better judgement.

Guest Napkin: Megan Duke Lewis

I am a 28, married, mom of 2 girls. Powered by multiple cups of coffee, I spend my rare free time doing home renovations, amateur photography, and light-hearted blogging. I enjoy doodling, script-writing, and using power tools; but I spend most of my time changing diapers, picking up toys, and discovering what my new puppy has destroyed on the hour, every hour. A talented multi-tasker, I have typed all this with one hand while waiting on hold with my insurance provider. Yes, you really can have it all. http://lewislifestyle.blogspot.com/

Guest Napkin: Tom Weeter

Tom is a husband and father of 2 little girls (almost 7 and 4). His sanity in 10 years will be questionable. His degree in Theatre Communications allows his bedtime stories to be more interesting. During the day he works with demographics and GIS, which is as exciting as it sounds. In October he is going to run his first Tough Mudder and is raising money for the Wounded Warrior Project, if you’d like to help you can go here: www.eventbrite.com/donate/tom-weeter/1571161

Special Guest Easter Napkin: Renee Albert

Although her name might lead one to believe that Renee Albert is French, she is not. She is a 5’12” Scandinavian accordion player from Minnesota. You can see her squeeze her box tonight with her band, The Mortified After School Orchestra (The Dorkestra). www.getmortified.com.
